We aim to eliminate plastic waste by processing and reusing materials to collectively protect our planet and create a pollution-free environment for future generations.
The plastic pyrolysis process is an advanced thermochemical process in which plastic waste is subjected to high temperatures in a controlled anaerobic environment.
1. THERMAL DECOMPOSITION
In the first stage, the plastic waste is heated to the appropriate temperature, causing the polymer to begin breaking down into smaller particles.
2. THERMOLYSIS
In this phase, the chemical bonds in the plastic break down, leading to the formation of oils, gases, and carbon.
The final result of the pyrolysis process is the production of various products, such as oil, pyrolysis gas, and carbon black. High-quality oil can be used for the remanufacturing of plastics, creating a closed loop, as well as serving as a bio-component for polyols.
